I'm a colour-blind artist, and this shapes the way I see the world and
how I create. Some colours simply don’t appear to me; they fade into grey. My work becomes an exploration of brightness, purity, intensity, strong, and vivid shades, the only ones that register clearly to my eyes
naturally guide my compositions.
What might seem like a limitation has become part of my artistic
language. Over the years I’ve learnt to “hack” my own visual system,
developing methods to work around what I can’t see and amplify
what I can. This challenge has pushed me towards a colourful,
expressive visual identity.
